Resort Package- Spoil your beloved pet with a high quality wool mat, daily one-on-one playtime, a daily treat and daily brush out.
Extra Walk- Treat your pet to an additional walk during the day.
Playtime- Sign your beloved pet up for a one-on-one playtime with one of wonderful kennel attendants.
Standard Bath*- Bring your pet home from boarding smelling fresh and clean. The standard bath includes the bath as well as a nail trim.
Deluxe Bath*- Our deluxe bath includes standard bath services as well as ear cleaning and anal gland expression.
*Baths are performed on the morning of the discharge date. Pet's that are receiving a bath will not be ready for pick up until later in the day.

I authorize the staff at Reynolda Veterinary Hospital to do whatever they deem necessary for the health and well-being of your pet while boarding, including treatment of any external or internal parasites such as fleas, ticks, and/or intestinal parasites. I am also aware that to board my pet at Reynolda Veterinary Hospital they must be up to date on the following vaccinations: Canines- DAPP (Canine Distemper/Parvo), Rabies, Bordetella, Fecal Felines- FVRCP (Feline Distemper), Rabies, Fecal. If my pet is not up to date I authorize Reynolda Veterinary Hospital to bring them up to date (which will also require a wellness exam) during their boarding stay. In the unlikely event of an emergency, Reynolda Veterinary Hospital will make every effort to reach me or my designated emergency contact. If unable to obtain authorization, Reynolda Veterinary Hospital has my consent to proceed with treatment. If my pet begins to show any signs or symptoms of an illness that is potential contagious to other pets, I understand that Reynolda Veterinary will attempt to contact me or my emergency contact but in the event that I cannot be reached, my pet will be treated and placed in isolation (additional charge will apply). I agree to pay for all expenses relating to such treatment.
