Preparing for COVID-19
Hello Reynolda Veterinary Friends,
As we all follow the impact of the COVID-19 (coronavirus), we want you to know that the safety of you and your beloved pet(s) is our top priority. As members of our Reynolda Veterinary Hospital family, we appreciate the trust you place in us and are taking steps to maintain our high standards of healthcare and safety. At this point, based on the recommendations for social distancing, we are only allowing staff members and pets inside of the building.
PETS AND COVID-19 (From the CDC)
To date, at this time, there is no evidence that companion animals, including pets can spread COVID-19. However, since animals can spread other diseases to people, it’s always a good idea to wash your hands after being around animals. For more information on the many benefits of pet ownership, as well as staying safe and healthy around animals including pets, livestock, and wildlife, visit CDC’s healthy Pets, Healthy People website.
THE REYNOLDA VETERINARY DRIVE-THRU
We are currently utilizing the drive-thru area for all of our appointments. When you arrive for your appointment please pull to the outside lane of the drive-thru area and give us a call 336-725-9111. One of our wonderful team members will speak with you over the phone and someone will come out to bring your pet in the building for their appointment. At the conclusion of your appointment the doctor will call you and go over the exam, and a team member will return your pet to you. We are asking at this time that all clients remain in their vehicles.
With the well-being of all in mind, we are asking that clients who are experiencing symptoms of illness to please contact our office to reschedule or arrange a Drop-Off Appointment.
